Are we meeting tonight? 3/21

Just curious if we are meeting tonight? I haven't been able to make it to any of our get togethers. It has been hectic with work and trying to finish up school.

I submitted my paper yesterday to Ted and he forwarded on to Dr. Ross this morning. I'm officially done! Yeah!!!!

How is everyone else doing? I can't believe it is over and we are done!

okay...status report

Union Station on Weds.

I dropped and Email, but just in case you didn't get it and check our site, we are meeting at Union Station this Weds (mar 14) at 6pm. Union is in Short North, near the convention center on High Street. There is a lot next to it (or meter parking is free after 6 if you can find one). Hope to see everyone there

Co-hort Surgical Alert... Warning!!

Hi gang. Well, I found out yesterday that I am once again having ankle surgery. It will occur on March 27 at 10am and I am staying overnight at the lush Grant hospital which has impecible ammeneties (nurses giving sponge baths, fabulous green jello, and all the drugs I can take legally).

I am a bit worried about this one. I will lose even more mobility in my left foot (that ice skating career I've been dreaming about is a non-reality), and recovery time is 4-6 months, 3 months of which I will be in a cast. I will definitely be on crutches for graduation. That should be fun!!! I'll keep you all updated. Until then, see you Weds.

Have fun tonight!

Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it tonight. We have a lot going on at work this week, and I did not work on my capstone as much as I should have last weekend. I think I will be better off actually working on my capstone instead of talking about how I should be working on my capstone ;) Hopefully I can make it next time!

Wednesday Night Meeting of the Minds

Hey ya'll!

We are planning a happy hour Wednesday, right after work (5:00-ish) at Mac's in the Short North. We will be working a bit on capstone related stuff...and perhaps some food and beverage...okay food and beverage for sure. ha ha.

Following Mac's, I am planning on going to see Matthew Ryan and Tim Easton at Little Brothers. Two GREAT musicians...and it's only 10 bucks at the door! Anyone who wants to join come on along!!

Happy Hour next Wednesday sounds good to me! I won't be able to stay out too late, though. But it would be fun to see everyone! The interview went really well! There were a lot of similarities between the two organizations, how they are structured, etc. I think I may have a shot! I'll keep you all posted. Jen, what did you write your capstone on? It must feel nice to be done! So, where are we going next Wednesday??? Maybe Planks or Byrne's? :)
